About The "Web Tools Diva"
Welcome and thank you for taking out the time to visit my
virtual office. My name is Chantal and I am also known as “The
Web Tools Diva.” My background includes project management,
marketing, training, web design, fund-raising, sales, executive
assisting, customer service and collections. I have 10 years
experience working virtually with clients.
For the past 3 years I’ve worked as project manager for a web
design marketing company assisting small business owners and
entrepreneurs. Some of my
responsibilities included managing projects from inception
to completion. In doing so I interfaced with the client,
designers and programmers making sure the clients needs were met
and that the project stayed on
track. I also trained clients on how to use the Content
Management System to make minor updates to their newly designed
website. I also trained them on how to publish their
newsletters in 1shoppingcart, Aweber and Constant Contact.
Recently, I decided to combine all of my experience and
knowledge and let it work for me. I enjoyed the work I've
done in the past
especially getting to know my clients and their
businesses. It feels great knowing that I was apart of the process in
helping them to develop a quality website that will build their
list of subscribers and generate more leads. In starting
webtoolsdiva.com I saw the opportunity to combine all of those
aspects that I enjoyed into one “job.” At the same time, I’ve
had the chance to learn all about starting a small business and
marketing strategies from some of the top business men and
women in the industry.
